Description

This productive, long storing garlic is one of the few hard necks that grows as well in warm winter climates as it does cold winter climates. It forms large purple-blushed white bulbs which have four to seven large lavender and cream cloves.

A powerful hard neck, Metechi delivers robust garlic flavor along with a sharp bite. Cooking will tone down the heat, while still holding that big garlic taste. This variety has thick, white-wrapped bulbs that hold 4-6 bulky cloves clothed in blushed skin with purple accents.
