About Us

Austin King has loved Garlic his entire life. About 15 years ago is when he became interested in becoming a garlic farmer. He grew garlic and tested it to see how robust it was. He wanted to grow a plant that was free of chemicals; no pesticides or herbicides. He wanted to know what real Naturally Grown garlic tasted like. So he acquired some seed from another Naturally grown farmer, it was the best garlic he had ever tasted! He then knew what he wanted to do. Over several years, he grew several different species of garlic. All tasting so amazing; rich with flavor. In 2016, he was growing a seed crop that was nearly decimated by the floods of 2017. He did not give up. He purchased more seed to go with what he was able to recover. In the fall of 2017, he had his biggest seed crop to date. That crop was to become the seed for the big crop in 2018. Of course, he purchased additional seed for many species of garlic. The planting season of 2018 is estimated at around 35,000 plants in the ground. He acquired his LLC and started a Naturally Grown Garlic farm. 2019 will be his first crop to sell to the public. His dedication to quality has paid off with what people say is the best garlic they have ever tasted.
