About Us
King of Garlic's mission is to produce a variety of fresh gourmet garlic grown without chemicals using sustainable agricultural practices. We sell table and seed garlic. We also offer related value-added products such as dehydrated garlic, garlic rubs, and garlic pepper jelly.
Our garlic is currently grown in Franklin County, North Carolina as a cooperative effort between Flying Pig Farm and Rocky Ridge Farm.
We see ourselves as stewards of the land we farm. We strive to improve the food we produce, the land, and the environment through the use of sustainable farming practices.
We are also committed to help people understand the importance of eating locally produced food grown with consideration for and an understanding of the environment and its impact on our quality of life.
